How long does shipping take?
Your order ships in perfectly sealed, discreet packaging.
Shipping time:
- All orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours (business days), except on statutory holidays.
Delivery time:
- Major Quebec cities (Montréal, Québec City, Gatineau, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Saguenay, Drummondville…): 1–2 business days, often next day.
- Outside major Quebec centres & rest of Canada: Fast delivery within 24 to 72 hours max.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation with everything you need to track your package.
Depending on the delivery service you selected, you may also receive text (SMS) notifications to follow your delivery in real time, or chat directly with your driver to better plan your package's arrival.
Note that your tracking number may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become available.
Are your parcels completely discrete?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no branding. The sender name will appear as AJPRO Distribution Inc.
Will my package go through customs?
As a Quebec-based company, all our packages ship from right here in Quebec. That means no customs fees, no chance of your package being held or inspected at the border. No surprises!
Is your site secured?

Return policy
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell and for your own protection, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers and employees.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. Again, this is for our mutual protection.
This includes, but is not limited to: Vibrators, dildos, anal toys, douche, enema kits, beads, plugs, masturbators, cock rings, ball devices, cock sleeves, gags, ropes, underwear (man and woman), lubes, massage oils, condoms, body paints.
What shall I do if an item is defective?
Customer's satisfaction is our top priority, If you received a defective article, you shall ask for an exchange within 10 days to our customer service department at the following address:

However, this is only applicable when the articles are returned in the following condition:
- In their original packaging and not used, so we could send them back to the manufacturers
It is possible to exchange lingerie for a different size, except underwear or pantyhose, which for hygienic reasons, are not exchangeable or refundable.
We cover the cost of return by providing you with a return label. The risks related to the return of the article (loss or deterioration) remain the responsibility of the customer.
When contacting us about a defective item, please state the following information: your order number, your name, phone number, email and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse, we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
Where do I enter my promo code to get my discount?
If you have a promo code (or discount coupon), enter it at checkout on your cart page. If the code is valid, your discount will appear clearly and automatically.
Is there an age requirement to shop?

Should I clean my toys?
